Today I am 4 Years Old

Andrew and Soccer

Andrew is beginning his first day of soccer on Saturday.  We went and bought shin guards and shoes.  Pictures will follow.  His practice ends with a game each saturday until November 15th.  Guess where I will be every Saturday.  Games and practices pick up again in the spring.

July 4th in Somers

We hung out at our friends house the Hengst in Somers for the fourth of July.  I love the pool.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is much more than a three-day weekend that marks the beginning of summer. To many people, especially the nation's thousands of combat veterans, this day, which has a history stretching back all the way to the Civil War, is an important reminder of those who died in the service of their country.
