Bath Time Weekend

Yup I stink. So I have to take baths. Today is Sunday and dad chucked me in the tub while mom was getting some extra ZZZZZZZ's on the futon. Pretty soon I will get to use the real tub--it is starting to get a little tight in the bathtub.

Sock in the mouth. . .

I like to help my parents clean the house when I can. What I do is pick up anything that's on the floor and throw it away in the pail. Anything that is on the floor should be thown away right? Sometimes I just pull all of the garbade out of the pail and put it on the floor. My parents don't seem to like that as much.



I like to play with blankets and pillows and crawl over them in the hallway. This is way more fun than all those expensive learning toys my parents bought for me. Weee!


Don't ask me why but i have taken to putting socks in my mouth. Doesn't really matter if it's clean or not. I sure look funny this way don't I?

Here I am having a bottle. Actually this may be one of the last times you see me this way. I am graduating to the sippy cup over the next few weeks.

Washingtons Birthday in my Chair

Happy Birthday George Washington. I am celebrating the day by hanging out with my parents and eating some cookies in my chair. I hope all of you are spending time with your loved ones and getting rested and ready for the rest of the week.

It is pretty cold out about 16 degrees and we will be going out after I have a bath.

Andrew the Grape

Well well well if it isn't "Andrew the Grape." I am working like crazy at walking and making good progress. I am taking steps all over the house and standing on my own. Since I wouldn't dream of sleeping in and letting my father sleep he has been up with me for a couple of hours. Dad thought it would be funny if he gave me grape jelly so I could make a mess of myself. Now I am a good sport but why did he have to post the pictures for everyone to see. Revenge for that early morning wake up is sweet and sticky!

The Tree at Rockefeller Center

We went to the tree at Rockefeller Ceter and to the top of Rockefeller center with my parents and the baby on Saturday. We also had a great Turkish dinner. Take a look at the baby's face. He loved it and so did we--it is always good to build memories.


The Tree was very bright and nice. Anne, my mom, my dad, and Drew all started feeling that Christmas feeling. We plan on doing this on a annual basis. We picked up some ornaments and some gifts as well and we hope that the pictures will do the experience some justice. We are blessed.

One of the great things aboyut living around here is the fall foliage around the lakes and such. We love just heading out and having a good time in the peace of the fall folliage.



About a year ago if you look back on this blog you will see a picture of myself as a newborn. Here I am at just over a year in the same spot. The idea is to take a picture of me each year in the same spot to see how I have changed.

The town is just so pretty this time of year.

Coping with being 1

Being 1 is much harder than I originally thought it would be. I mean come on. Now everyone expects me to stop acting like a baby. No way! My great Uncle Jim and my great aunt Helen have stopped by for a visit. It is the first time that I have seen them and I know already that I like them. I am growing by leaps and bounds and my newest trick is taking off my socks in the car as we drive around town. This is all amking me so tired. Oh something weird happened when I turned one for some reason my car seat has been replaced by a bigger one and now I can sit forward.
